We strive to ship all orders the same or next business day after receiving your order and payment. You can expect delivery in Slovenia within 2-3 business days after your order has been shipped. In EU countries, the delivery time is 3-10 business days after the order has been shipped. By agreement, we also ship outside the EU, in which case the delivery time for each shipment is different, you will be informed about it before placing your order. Articles
In order to offer you more, we also include products that are available on order. This means that the products are not in stock at Loose Cycles, but we deliver them as needed. If you are interested in purchasing such an item, please contact us and we will inform you of the estimated delivery time.
Delivery
Depending on the type of order, we work with different logistics partners; GLS, DHL and Pošta Slovenije. When completing the order, you can choose between delivery with tracking and delivery without tracking, the latter usually takes longer.
Delayed delivery
Your order will most likely be held at your local post office or place where you pick up your remaining shipments.

Even the highest quality products sometimes fail. If you have had this misfortune and the product purchased through our company does not function as it should, please contact us and we will arrange a refund or exchange under warranty conditions.
The warranty does not apply in the event of:
- defects or damage due to misuse, incorrect installation
- poor maintenance
- abuse or neglect
- use for a purpose other than that intended
- modification of the product, except with the express written permission of Loose Cycles doo
- general wear and tear on tires, inner tubes, brakes, brake and shift cables, brake pads, lights, chainrings, chains, cassettes, rims, batteries, etc.
- The warranty does not cover corrosion and/or changes due to material fatigue, defined as the natural degradation of materials that occurs over time.
- After the initial 30-day period, Loose Cycles doo reserves the right to repair/replace any defective component under warranty.
- The warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- Any component repaired or replaced under warranty is subject to the same warranty period as the remaining warranty period of the original part.
- Use for competitive, event, racing or purposes for which the bike/component is not designed will greatly shorten its lifespan and is not covered by the warranty.
- Costs incurred due to loss of the item, as well as labor costs for replacing parts, are not covered.
- If the end of the given warranty period is approaching and repair/replacement is not possible, we reserve the right to offer: a) an alternative of equal or greater value (color may vary) or b) a partial refund in proportion to the remaining life of the product.
Once we receive the goods, we will perform a warranty inspection. If the goods are returned in an unsuitable condition (dirty, etc.), we will not be able to perform a warranty inspection and will return the product after you have paid the shipping costs.
Types of guarantees
Internal warranty
Warranty claims are evaluated internally by our team of authorized employees. The returned item is inspected and you are notified of your options. If your claim is found to be eligible for warranty and we have it in stock, we can repair/replace your product from our own inventory. If the product is out of stock, we will notify you of the approximate delivery and warranty replacement time.
Supplier warranty
The manufacturer/supplier may require us to return the item for a thorough inspection before we can carry out a repair or replacement, in which case we will inform you of the approximate turnaround time. We will contact the supplier and do everything we can to resolve your warranty claim quickly. If the claim is not yet resolved, we will inform you of the status of the warranty claim after three weeks.
Limitation of liability
Once your order has been shipped, you will be issued an invoice. All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last. All prices are quoted in EUR and include value added tax (VAT) at the Slovenian tax rate (22%). Price adjustments may be required in the event of an increase in VAT rates or due to an increase in manufacturer prices. If the prices displayed online are incorrect, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order without further liability.

All items ordered via www.loosecycles.com can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order. You must inform us of the purpose of the return by sending a message to info@loosecycles.com , and send the items to Loose Cycles doo, Celovška cesta 40b, 1000 Ljubljana . We recommend traceability of the return, as the process will not be completed until the shipment is physically with us.
Instructions:- do not remove any tags or labels from the item. If tags are removed, we will unfortunately not be able to accept returns
- Return the packaging that protected the product undamaged together with the product.
- Items must be undamaged and unused (except for inspection or testing)
Wrong or damaged item
If we send you the wrong item or your item arrives damaged, please contact us and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible. If your package is visibly “damaged in transit”, you must reject it as such by signing for it with the courier, otherwise we will not be able to take responsibility for any damage caused.
Bicycle return
If you purchased a bike through our online store and want to return it, please contact us first. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. If the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was sent to you, the return will be approved. We recommend using the same packaging solution as you received from us.
Repayments
Refunds will be completed and funds will be returned to your original payment method within 30 days of receipt and approval of the refund.

Additional delivery costs (non-EU countries)
When shipping an order internationally, there is always the possibility that customs duties and/or import taxes will be charged upon arrival in your country. The additional cost of import duties is beyond our control and is borne by the recipient of the order.
